All Aniimo Held Items

A held item, called a carried item in the beta, is the single piece of equipment an Aniimo takes into battle, granting one flat Base effect and one signature Core effect. The game renamed the slot to Held Item at launch, and both names still turn up in the client. There are 24 of them, and since runes were removed at launch they are the whole equipment layer. Each comes in 3 rarities, Rare → Epic → Legendary, and the 88 in-game recommended builds on this site pick between 7 of them 117 times.

The table stops at the 7 items an in-game recommended build actually lists, so it stays readable: the other 17 are in the grid above and grouped by Base effect below, each with its own page. Builds counts the recommended builds on this site that carry the item, and they add up past 88 because a build can recommend two held items rather than one.

Every held item grants the same +10% at Legendary, so the Base effect only says which stat it raises: the Core effect is what separates two items sharing a line. The number in brackets is how many recommended builds carry it.

12 of the 24 items drop from an Alpha Aniimo: Ignitis, Irisal, Magmarex, Minespine. Each item page pins its Alpha on the map of Idyll and lists the player ranks the drop is recorded at. The Pawprint Shop is a place too: it stands in Astra Square on the city map of Astra.

What are held items in Aniimo?

A held item, the slot the beta called the Carried Item, is the single piece of equipment an Aniimo takes into battle. Each one grants a flat Base effect, such as Damage Amp +10% or BREAK +10%, and a signature Core effect that changes how the Aniimo plays. Runes were removed from the game at launch, so the held item is the whole equipment layer: one slot, one item, two effects.

Why does the game say Held Item and not Carried Item?

The launch client renamed the slot. Everything the beta called a carried item is a held item in the live game, and the wording is still settling: a handful of in-game strings, item names such as Rare Carried Item among them, have not been updated yet. Both names describe the same single equipment slot, so this database uses held item as the primary term and keeps carried item alongside it.

How many held items are there in Aniimo?

24. Every one of them tops out at Legendary and comes in 3 rarities, Rare → Epic → Legendary, worth 50 CP, 100 CP, 200 CP in that order. Across the 88 in-game recommended builds on this site, 7 of the 24 are picked, 117 times in total, because a build can list two held items rather than one.

How do you get held items in Aniimo?

Every one of the 24 is stocked in the Pawprint Shop for 250 Paw Coin, which is the route with no luck attached. 12 of them also drop from Alpha Aniimo: Ignitis, Irisal, Magmarex, Minespine, each listed as a possible reward at four player ranks. The rest of the sources are the Holo-Battle Sim and the in-game shop.

What is the difference between a Base effect and a Core effect?

The Base effect is the flat stat the item grants on its own, for example REGEN +10% on the Spirited Feather, and it is the half that scales with rarity. The Core effect is the item's signature line, identical at every rarity, and the reason to pick it: Each level of the equipped Aniimo grants an additional 0.8 Energy Regen. Two items can share a Base effect and still play nothing alike, so the Core effect is the half worth reading first.

What is the best held item for a DPS Aniimo?

11 of the 24 items carry Damage Amp +10% as their Base effect, so the Core effect decides. Ferocious Fang is the one the game recommends most often, on 27 builds, and it is the one with no condition attached: Each level of the equipped Aniimo grants an additional 0.8 Attack. The others gate their bonus on held EP, on basic attacks, on critical hits or on the target's remaining health.

Item names, Base effects, Core effects and tiers are read off the in-game recommended build panel, the same panel shown on each Aniidex entry. The full item list, the per-rarity CP and Base values, the energy effects and the obtain sources are checked against the official item table via Aniidex, and Alpha spawns against our own map of Idyll, re-checked on 10 September 2026. Build counts are derived from the 88 recommended builds published on this site, not estimated. Compiled by Lorenzo Bruno (Yieng), about this site.
