Damage Amp +10%
Core effect · what sets it apart
Increases final damage by 50%, but reduces max HP to 1. (Does not apply to Support Aniimo.)
How held items work →What the Supreme Elixir is for
The Core effect is the one real trade in the list: 50% more Final Damage, and max HP cut to 1. Any hit that lands ends the Aniimo, so it belongs on a build that never gets hit, and the game states it does not apply to Support Aniimo at all.
The Supreme Elixir in numbers
It is the only Core effect of the 24 that takes something away, so both halves of the trade are worth stating as numbers: what the final damage reaches, and what it costs.
+80%
Final damage at Legendary with both energy lines
50% from the Core effect, 15% from the 10 energy line and 15% from the 15 energy line, each of the two capped.
375 P.DEF or M.DEF
Defence needed to cap the 15 energy line
1% per 25 points, capped at 15%: 25 × 15.
1 HP
Max HP under the Core effect
Any hit that lands at all ends the Aniimo, so the item is worth its 50% only to a build that is never touched.
7,500 HP
Health you would have to lose to cap the 10 energy line
1% per 500 HP lost, capped at 15%: 500 × 15. With max HP set to 1 by the Core effect, the game does not say which pool that loss is measured against, and the two lines read against each other as written.
The Core effect states it does not apply to Support Aniimo, and both energy lines repeat the exclusion. It is the only item of the 24 with a role locked out of it.

How to get the Supreme Elixir (4)
The game lists 4 sources for the Legendary Supreme Elixir: defeating Alphas, an Other chest, Destiny Held Item Pack and the Pawprint Shop.
Also listed (3)
- Defeat Alphas
- Other chest
- Destiny Held Item Pack
Named by the game, placed nowhere on the map.
The item table names no Alpha in particular for it, so there is no spawn to mark on the map of Idyll.
Which Aniimo carries the Supreme Elixir
Aniidex →No in-game recommended build names it, so there is nobody to list. Its Base effect points it at DPS Aniimo.
Closest rivals for the Damage Amp slot
All 11 →| Item | Core effect | Builds |
|---|---|---|
| Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional ATK per level. | 34 | |
| Increases Damage Amp by 5% for every 10 EP currently available. | 3 | |
| Each basic attack has a 50% chance to deal double damage. | 2 |
All 11 grant +10% Damage Amp at Legendary, so only the Core effect separates them. These are the 3 the in-game builds pick most often; the other 7 are on the hub.
