How to use the Fission Needles
The Core effect pays out on basic attacks: each one has a 50% chance to deal double damage. It is tied to the basic attack rather than to a skill, so it wants an Aniimo that spends real time attacking rather than one built around a single skill window.
10 other held items share the Damage Amp Base effect: Ferocious Fang, Explosive Gloves, Ambusher's Cloak, Capacitous Battery, Destiny's Dice, Echoing Grimoire, Finisher Bell, Heartseeker Pendant, Supreme Elixir, Vanguard's Whistle. The Core effect is what separates them.
