What the Spirited Feather is for

The Core effect adds 0.7 REGEN for each level on top of the REGEN +10% on the Base effect, cut from 0.8 at launch. Like the Fang and the Horn it asks nothing of the fight: the bonus is there from the first second, which is why it is the most widely recommended held item on this site.

The Spirited Feather in numbers

The Core effect is 0.7 REGEN a level and nothing else, so the only question it raises is the level at which it clears the 15-point threshold the 15 energy line pays out on.

The 15-point threshold reads the Aniimo's REGEN, which the item is only one contributor to. The levels above are where the item's own contribution clears it on its own; an Aniimo already carrying REGEN from elsewhere clears it sooner.
