Each level of the equipped Aniimo grants an additional 0.8 Energy Regen.
The item’s signature line, and the half that decides which Aniimo wants it. It does not change with the rarity.

The Core effect is the same at all 3 rarities: Each level of the equipped Aniimo grants an additional 0.8 Energy Regen. What changes with the rarity is the combat power, the size of the Base effect and how many energy effects are unlocked.

How to use the Spirited Feather
The Core effect adds 0.8 Energy Regen for each level on top of the REGEN +10% on the Base effect. Like the Fang and the Claw it asks nothing of the fight: the bonus is there from the first second, which is why it is the most widely recommended held item on this site.
