How to use the Auspicious Bell
The Core effect pays out on skill casts, not on time or on damage: each skill use has a 20% chance to return 5 EP. The more often an Aniimo casts, the more often that roll happens, which is why the Bell sits on builds that keep skills on cooldown.
2 other held items share the REGEN Base effect: Spirited Feather, Pearl of the Sea. The Core effect is what separates them.
