Best Egg Heist Team in Aniimo: menaceFT’s Irisalis, Tromber, Leafy and Glacy Squad, Checked Against the Game
menaceFT says the Hexxin squads everyone copies are too slow, and runs Egg Heist with Irisalis on the field and Tromber, Leafy and Glacy behind her. Every card, stat and personality on his screen is here, checked against the game’s text, with the shard arithmetic redone and LEWIS’s Hexxin squad set beside it.

The Egg Heist squad, the builds, the rotation, the enemy advice and every in-game screenshot on this page come from menaceFT’s video of 26 October 2026
The best Egg Heist team, in menaceFT’s guide of 26 October 2026, is Irisalis on the field with Tromber, Leafy and Glacy as assists: Tromber for Crit Damage, Leafy for energy and Ultimate Energy, Glacy for burst healing. His case is speed. Irisalis dashes on EP, flies over walls and revives herself, so she opens more gold chests per run than the Hexxin squads most guides recommend.
menaceFT still rates Hexxin highly; his complaint is that it has been “overhyped” and that most players copy a launch build. Below is his squad screen by screen, with every skill card, held item and personality bonus read off his footage and checked against the game’s own data files (build 1.0.0.7, checked on 26 October 2026). Where his voice-over and the card differ, the card wins and the page says so. New to the mode? Start with our Egg Heist beginner guide, then come back.
What is the best Egg Heist team in Aniimo?
menaceFT’s answer: Irisalis as the main Aniimo, Tromber, Leafy and Glacy as the three assists. In Egg Heist only the main fights; each assist fires its Core Skill and nothing else, as our Core Skills guide explains, so every assist slot is chosen for one button.
| Slot | Aniimo | Core Skill (EP, cooldown) | Held item on his screen | Stat that matters |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Main | Irisalis, 6 stars | Irisalis Shadow (40 EP), Whirling Blossom Rain dash (20 EP) | Floral Rainbow Feather +15, pact active | ATK and REGEN |
| Assist | Tromber, Alpha, 5 stars | Waltz (0 EP, 15 s) | Ferocious Fang | ATK |
| Assist | Leafy, Alpha, 5 stars | Vitality Blooms (10 EP, 20 s) | Spirited Feather +15 | REGEN |
| Assist | Glacy, 5 stars | Healing Water (20 EP, 20 s) | Miraculous Fleece +15 | HP |
The payoff he shows in the first minute: a bag at 54/30 kg, Heavy Load, valued at 1,620,578, with a Feather Bathed in Light collectible worth 1,044,000 on its own. The tooltip says the collectible goes in the Egg Heist cabinet and that obtaining it unlocks an S1-exclusive Aniimo accessory. You can load the four in the team builder.
Why does menaceFT pick Irisalis over Hexxin for Egg Heist?
Movement. Her dash costs EP rather than stamina, she flies, and she gets back up after fainting. menaceFT describes it as two stamina bars: sprint and dodge on the yellow stamina bar, then dash on EP while stamina refills, and the other way round. Whirling Blossom Rain costs 20 EP for 60 Might, fires homing bolts and makes every Iris Clone shoot at once, so even travelling deals damage. With few enemies around he empties EP on dashes; in a crowd he keeps some in reserve.
The second point is range. Clones stay where they were summoned, so in his clip he drops them on a chest, retreats down a staircase from a chaser, and keeps dashing: the clones on the chest go on beaming and kill it.
Third, flight. Irisalis has Fly Lv.3 in the Aniidex, and he holds jump to take off from flat ground, without a wall to climb. He flies over rubble other squads stop to break, over a Baleetle that would roll him up, and straight up to chests placed high.
He adds that this chest often gives him prismatic items and that most players run past the room. That is his experience, not a rate; the odds the game publishes are on our Egg Heist drop rates page, and room layouts are on the Egg Heist map.
Last, the self-revive. Her trait, Bloom Cluster, reads: “When Fainted, Irisalis turns into a flower and blooms again, restoring vitality. Triggers once every 180s.” menaceFT calls her the only Aniimo that can revive itself, and no other trait in our Aniidex has a faint clause. It is not once per match: every 180 s it comes back.
Tromber build for Egg Heist
Tromber replaces Turbo because its Core Skill, Waltz, costs 0 EP and raises Crit Damage for 20 s on a 15 s cooldown. menaceFT runs Turbo with Irisalis elsewhere, but calls the BREAK part of Turbo’s Nimbi Burst useless in Egg Heist. To be fair to Turbo, Nimbi Burst also raises the squad’s damage by 15%, or 30% when Shrouded in Mist; his trade is that damage for Crit Damage at zero EP.
The EP point is why he avoids Melloblum, whose Thorny Blessing costs 30 EP against an Irisalis that spends 40 on clones and 20 per dash. Waltz scales on ATK: the amplifier line, as read in our Hexxin Egg Heist build, is 28.0% plus 2.63% per 100 ATK, capped at 49.0%. Working back, his 45% is about 650 ATK.
Waltz boosts Crit Damage, not Crit Rate. Crit Rate comes from the Floral Rainbow Feather’s Tier 2 effect, which he shows at 6:15: 8% Damage Amp and 8% Crit Rate for each clone on the field, up to 3. Two clones from the boosted skill plus one from the ultimate is the cap, so keep three out in a crowd.
Personality: the first letter E. His panel spells out what each letter gives.
| Letter | Name on the panel | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| E | Energetic | ATK +2%, BREAK +2% |
| I | Instinctive | REGEN +4% |
| N | Nimble | Crit Rate +5% |
| S | Practical | DMG +4% |
| F | Faithful | M.DEF +6% |
| J | Judicious | HP +4% |
Awakening: ATK at 17 out of 8 of 35 points spent, star-up 5. The Fang’s Tier 1 adds ATK +2 and the star-up +1, so 17 + 3 = 20, the breakpoint, without spending Starcryst Essence. His stats and breakpoints guide explains why 20 is worth reaching.
One correction. He says March “heals 20 HP over 20 seconds”. The tooltip reads “Restores 0.8% max HP per second for 20s”, which is 16% of max HP per cast, a percentage, not 20 points.
Where to get an Alpha Tromber
menaceFT hatches one: there is no Alpha Tromber in the daily Alpha list, so he uses a Sparkling Cube on an Alpha Egg that hatches a Chirpi, which evolves into Tromber. An Alpha arrives with its signature skill already boosted, so Waltz gains March without a held item contract, which costs 10 Marks of the Strong per Aniimo in our pact held item guide.
We could not tie those coordinates to one of the 14 Alpha Egg markers on our map, so there is no deep link yet; the egg types are on our eggs page, and wild Tromber live in The Argent Strait. One open question: Cheep Tamer said on 24 September 2026 that Alphas hatched from Alpha Eggs lack the boosted Core Skill. menaceFT’s Tromber card shows the boosted Waltz, but the video never shows that Tromber hatching, so treat the egg route as his claim until someone films it.
Leafy build: REGEN only
Leafy’s Vitality Blooms restores EP, Ultimate Energy and HP at once, and menaceFT casts it even when he is only looting. The plain skill gives EP every second to Grass-type teammates for 12 s and turns Turf into Vitality Blooms that heal 1% HP a second; the boosted version on an Alpha adds the Ultimate Energy. Irisalis is Grass, so she qualifies. More ultimates mean more three-clone windows.
He uses the daily Alpha Leafy (Level 35 on his Alpha Challenge list, at this map marker), and suggests Aniipod Ultras before a Sparkling Cube: Ultras guarantee Elite with a chance of Perfect. Personality: only the I matters, Instinctive, REGEN +4%, because REGEN is the one stat the skill reads. His Leafy is INFJ, 5 stars, REGEN 18 with +3.
A detail he does not mention: the Feather’s Tier 2 cuts cooldowns by 10%, doubled above 15 REGEN. On paper his Leafy’s 20 s cooldown drops to 16 s, which is why Leafy comes back slightly before Glacy and Tromber in his loop.
Glacy build for Egg Heist: why the healer stays
menaceFT skips dedicated healers elsewhere but calls Glacy a must in Egg Heist, because Leafy’s healing is slow and ties you to one spot. He tried two Leafy instead. The Vitality Blooms heal works only on grass, inside the circle, and making grass means casting three skills for Leafy’s trait, Power of Nature (“creates a patch of Turf under a teammate after they cast 3 skills”). That is EP and time not spent moving.
Healing Water lands at once and anywhere. His clip shows his HP climbing back to 7,418 of 9,394 seconds after a near-death; he says Glacy alone takes him from almost 0 to about 20%, and Leafy’s circle adds the rest. Note that the heal reads Glacy’s HP, not Irisalis’s.
Glacy’s build: the last letter J, Judicious, HP +4%, because Healing Water scales on HP. His Glacy is ESFJ, 5 stars, HP 19 plus 1 for the breakpoint of 20. Held item: the Miraculous Fleece for its healing bonus. He does not boost the Core Skill, saying the difference is small.
The card matches the Legendary Fleece in our data: 6% base, doubled at +15, 10% excess-healing transfer, 20% at Tier 2. The Fleece is also the item the game recommends for Glacy. If you are short of one, our healer tier list has alternatives.
Irisalis stats and personality
ATK and REGEN at 19 or more, everything else raised only to the next breakpoint, and the letters E and N. E is Energetic, ATK and BREAK +2%; N is Nimble, Crit Rate +5%, which matters because Tromber adds no Crit Rate. His Irisalis is 6 stars, “because she’s my favourite”, but he says 6 is not needed.
That is close to his Interlink spread in our Irisalis build guide, minus the BREAK 15: here BREAK sits at 10, since Egg Heist rarely asks for a break. Her overworld squads are on the Irisalis team page.
Should you play Egg Heist solo? menaceFT’s mindset and the shard maths
Queue as a team, then split up; speed is the whole game. Avoid fights you do not need, dash through or fly over packs, and open only gold and legendary chests unless you are hunting collectibles, in which case open everything, because any chest can hold one. He has never played solo mode: eggs are shared, and most of his Prismana eggs were found by teammates. Solo is for collectibles only, and the weight limit caps what one player carries home. If a teammate is ahead, open the map and take another route; he finds the pre-planned route maps unnecessary.
The shard argument is his strongest. Every egg brought back pays Prismana Shell Shards at the end, including teammates’ eggs, so leaving a normal egg behind costs the whole squad.
The amounts check out in the game’s egg texts, which say hatching an Egg Heist egg leaves 1, 2, 3 or 4 shards depending on the egg; menaceFT quotes 2 for a normal egg and 4 for a rarer one. His estimate is 30 to 50 shards a day over six daily runs, and “3 to 5 days” to a guaranteed Prismana egg. His own shop disagrees on the price.
| Shards per day | Days to 200 |
|---|---|
| 30 | 7 (6.7) |
| 40 | 5 |
| 50 | 4 |
So 4 to 7 days at his rate, not 3 to 5, unless the discounted 40-shard copy is still in your Hot tab. Both remain a guaranteed Prismana egg for normal play. A good run is also not just a big payout, in his words: count the time it took. The Chaos run below took 10:53 for 639,653.
What is the Irisalis Egg Heist rotation?
Leafy, Tromber, Irisalis’s clones, then dash inside the Leafy circle, ultimate as soon as it is up, Glacy whenever HP is missing. His loop:
- Cast Leafy’s Vitality Blooms first, “99% of the time”: EP, Ultimate Energy and HP at once.
- Cast Tromber’s Waltz for Crit Damage. It locks you in place for a moment, so never near a Baleetle.
- Summon the clones with Irisalis Shadow, then spam the dash while staying inside the circle; outside it, the EP stops.
- Keep targets centred and strafe side to side or circle. The clone beams pierce, so pile enemies in a line.
- Pop the ultimate the moment it is ready for the third clone. Switch to basic attacks when EP runs low.
- Cast Glacy’s Healing Water whenever HP is missing. When Leafy is back, restart.
On the Dance meter he goes against his Interlink advice: a full meter halves the next skill’s cost, but in Egg Heist he spends it on a 10 EP dash rather than a clone recast, because summoning roots you for a few seconds. Recast clones only when they expire. He also warns that clones sometimes spawn inside a wall and do nothing.
How to beat every Egg Heist enemy with Irisalis
Erlath dies fast, Hexxin is dodged sideways, Melloblum is situational, Baleetle is outrun, Rookey is timed, and Budsquire is killed first. The multipliers are from our Grass element chart.
| Enemy | Element | Irisalis’s Grass hits | menaceFT’s advice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Erlath | Water | 1.6 | Clones and one dash |
| Hexxin | Dark, Grass | Reduced | Dash diagonally out of the cone scream |
| Melloblum | Grass | 0.625 | Ignore unless in a tight room |
| Baleetle | Earth | 1.6 | Never dash through it; fly over |
| Rookey | Dark | 1 | Dash as it slams |
| Budsquire | Grass | 0.625 | Kill first, with basic attacks |
Hexxin: do not run away. Its scream is a cone at close range, so sidestep on the dash and let the clones work. The screen agrees about the matchup: his hits on an Umbral Hexxin read “Not Effective”.
Melloblum: its thorns are “tickling” damage on its own, so the squad’s sustain carries it. In a tight space with other chasers, dash away.
Baleetle: fragile, low HP, a couple of dashes or one ultimate. It cannot catch an Irisalis that alternates EP and stamina, but dashing through it gets you rolled up; the game’s own line is “A Baleetle rolls you into its ball as you turn a corner!”. Cornered, hold jump and fly over it. Do not cast Waltz near it: the animation lock is enough for it to catch you.
Rookey: easy, but a landed slam takes you out of the fight. menaceFT times his dash on the jump, which he admits is the risky way.
Budsquire: “your biggest enemy”. It is harmless itself but drains EP to zero in range, and Irisalis without EP cannot dash or clone. Kill it first with a few basic attacks, after checking nothing worse, like a Hexxin, stands nearby. The drain also works through walls and floors, so listen for its crying sound rather than looking for it.
menaceFT against LEWIS and the tier list
The two creators agree on three of four Aniimo and disagree on who stays on the field. LEWIS’s Chaos squad keeps Hexxin as the main with Irisalis, Tromber and an Alpha Leafy as assists, and names Glacy as his stand-in for Tromber. menaceFT moves Irisalis to the field and brings Glacy in for the healing Hexxin no longer provides.
Both are opinions, and the game data backs parts of each. For menaceFT: the self-revive, flight, an EP-cost dash and Grass at 1.6 into Water and Earth enemies. For LEWIS: Black Hole Domain pulls a whole room together, and Hexxin’s pick reflects its REGEN role. Our tier list’s Egg Heist tab, built from StatWise, LEWIS and Joenesteam, ranks Hexxin T0 and Irisalis T0.5 as mains, and Tromber and Leafy T0 and Glacy T0.5 as supports, so menaceFT’s supports match it; only his main ranks above the consensus. He also places Cornet, LEWIS’s other Egg Heist pick, a tier below Irisalis. For other squads, see our endgame teams guide and best teams.
A date to watch: the developers announced an ATK change for non-DPS Aniimo, expected with 1.1 Part 2 on 29 October 2026 (our article). It is announced, not live; Tromber already scales on ATK, so this squad’s build should not need to change.
