How the weather works

  • The forecast

    The map lists the special weather of the next 24 hours, and you can follow a weather to be told when it begins. Breezy Plains: Rainy, Snowy and Thunderstorm. Whisperwake Isles: Rainy, Snowy and Storm.

  • When it rains where

    The weather schedule is not in the game’s files: the server sets it, so no site can print a fixed rotation. The in-game forecast is the only timetable, which is why following a weather is worth it.

  • Change Weather

    Prismana Flow is the one weather you set yourself. It costs Prismana Crystals, and only Prismana Flow can be called this way.

    Obtain the Silver Badge to unlock Ecosystem Intervention for the area. Use Vein energy to change the area’s weather. Radiant Prismana Flow will attract rare Prismana Aniimo. Infuse Lumin Amber to level up a Branch. When it reaches Prismana Radiance, the ability to change the weather is unlocked. Activating Prismana Flow will attract rare Prismana Aniimo.

    The same species of Aniimo may evolve into different Forms in different regions, weather, times of day, or other special environments in order to survive. There is also a rare Form that only appears in a Prismana environment.

  1. How do you change the weather in Aniimo?

    Earn a region’s Silver Badge to unlock Ecosystem Intervention there, and raise a Vein Tree branch to Prismana Radiance with Lumin Amber. You can then spend Prismana Crystals to call Prismana Flow, the weather that draws out rare Prismana Aniimo. Rain, thunderstorms, snow and storms cannot be called: they come on the server’s schedule.

  2. Which Aniimo only appear in certain weather?

    39 forms in the game’s tables get a raised chance under one weather in one region: rainstorm and rainfall forms in the rain, thunderstorm forms in a thunderstorm, snowfield forms in the snow, tempest forms in a storm, and one Prismana Aniimo per region in Prismana Flow. 23 of them appear one at a time and do not respawn until the weather comes back.

  3. How far ahead does the Aniimo weather forecast go?

    24 hours. The map shows the special weather coming up in that window, and following a weather sends a notification when it begins. Further ahead, nothing is published: the schedule is not in the game’s files.
