Restores 1.4% HP for every 10 meters moved.

How held items work →

The Core effect pays out on distance travelled: 1.4% HP back for every 10 metres moved. Nothing about it applies in a fight you stand still for, which makes it an exploration item first, restoring on the way to the next objective rather than during it.

The Core effect pays for distance rather than for anything that happens in a fight, so it converts cleanly into metres: the only question it answers is how far you walk for a health bar.

  1. 714 m

Distance that restores a full health bar from empty

    1.4% every 10 m: 100 ÷ 1.4 × 10.

  2. 14%

    Health restored per 100 metres

    1.4 ÷ 10 × 100.

  3. 5.0 m

Metres walked per point of EP at 15 energy

A 20% chance of 10 EP on each trigger is 2.0 EP every 10 m, halving to 2.50 m above 15 REGEN Potential, where the chance doubles.

What the HP Base effect does to the walk

The Core effect heals a percentage of max HP, so a larger pool means a larger heal and an equally larger bar. The distance is the same on a Rare as on a Legendary.

  • Grizbo and the Primordial Held Item Pack

The same 3 held items sit behind both: Grizbo is the only Alpha listed as dropping the Marching Flask, and the Primordial Held Item Pack rolls one of the same 3 at a random rarity.

The game lists 4 sources for the Legendary Marching Flask: defeating Alphas, an Other chest, Primordial Held Item Pack and the Pawprint Shop.

The Legendary Marching Flask is listed as a possible reward at these player ranks:

No in-game recommended build names it, so there is nobody to list. Its Base effect points it at Aniimo built to stay standing.
