Aniimo Badges Guide: How to Get Windchaser, Every Regional Badge Tier and the Perks It Unlocks, With AniimoSync
Every area of Breezy Plains has a four-tier badge line, and each tier pays a privilege: catch chance, Nurture, weather, titles, friendly Aniimo. AniimoSync opened the Stargazer cards on 22 October 2026; we read every requirement off the screen, checked it against the game’s own text, and lined up all fourteen regions in one table, with the Windchaser rule the badge page never spells out.

The tour of the badge menu, the Stargazer and Meteor Catcher cards, the Aniilog research walkthrough, the Heart Bond demonstration and every game screenshot on this page come from AniimoSync’s video of 22 October 2026
Aniimo badges sit under Menu, Character, Badges, and the ones that matter most are the regional collection badges: catch 40% of an area’s Aniimo for the bronze badge and +10% catch chance there, 70% plus an Alpha for silver, 100% plus Lumin Amber for gold, then a Prismana badge that makes two local species friendly. The central Breezy Plains medal, Windchaser, asks for every Basic Form species in the region.
AniimoSync walked through the whole system on 22 October 2026, opening the four Stargazer cards for the Forest of Falling Stars one by one. Every requirement and privilege below is read off the video frames, where the auto captions mangle names (Celestis comes out as “Celestus”, Lumin Amber as “Lumen Amber”). The table of all fourteen regions is ours, built from the game’s data files, build 1.0.0.7, checked 23 October 2026, since the video only opens one region.
To tick badges off as you earn them, the Aniimo achievement tracker lists all 83 tiers and saves your progress in the browser.
Where are badges in Aniimo?
Open the menu, press Character, then the Badges tab at the top right of the character screen. AniimoSync shows the route in the first ten seconds. On PC the Character tile carries the hotkey I in that menu, so one key press skips the first step.
The character screen opens on Info. Your title rank, your level and a running count per path sit on the right: AniimoSync reads Path of Twining x14 and Path of Victory x9. Badges is the middle of the three tabs, between Info and Talents.
The five badge paths
The badge screen has five tabs down its left edge: Path of Twining, Path of Victory, Path of Discovery, Path of Splendor and Keepsakes. They hold 33 badge lines and 83 tiers in all in this build.
| Path | What it rewards | Lines | Tiers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Path of Twining | Catching: one line per Breezy Plains area, plus Windchaser in the centre | 15 | 58 |
| Path of Victory | Elite Pathfinder Challenge wins, Egg Heist rank, Pathfinder duels, Holo-Battle modes | 11 | 13 |
| Path of Discovery | Exploring Breezy Plains and its quests | 4 | 6 |
| Path of Splendor | The Homeland: Cozy Nest, Master Homemaker, Dream Home | 1 | 3 |
| Keepsakes | Beginner and Season 1 mementos | 2 | 3 |
Path of Twining is the one that changes how the game plays, because its badges carry privileges that work inside one area. AniimoSync spends most of the video there, and so does this page.
Path of Discovery is the quiet tab: four Breezy Plains badges for exploration, among them Wind of the Whistling Plains, the three-tier Breezy Departure to Breezy Sentinel line, Fragrant Dream Voyager and Flowers and Butterfly Shadows. They give titles and artwork, not area perks.
Bronze badge: 40% collection and +10% catch chance
A bronze regional badge needs 40% Aniimo Collection Progress in its area and grants two privileges: Behavior Mastery, “Increases Aniimo catch chance in this area by 10%”, and Nurture, “Allows you to perform Nurture in this area.” The Stargazer card AniimoSync opens at 0:30 is the Forest of Falling Stars version, with the requirement ticked at [1/1].
The 10% is added to your catch bonus, not multiplied on top of it. Our catch formula breakdown with menaceFT has the arithmetic, and the one exception: Alphas ignore the badge entirely. Nurture is the bigger prize. Without the bronze badge you cannot nurture that area’s Bloom at all, which is the main way to pull Prismana; our Nurture guide covers the daily limit and the odds.
To see where you stand, open the map and click the area. AniimoSync’s panel for the Forest of Falling Stars reads 100% with a crown at the end of the bar. Zoomed out, every region label carries its own percentage: in AniimoSync’s save, Sea of Flowers sits at 94% and the Argent Strait at 92%.
The percentage rises as you catch different Aniimo from that area’s roster, so day, night and weather spawns all count toward it. The game’s help line says it plainly: switch between day and night, or wait for the weather to change, to discover more Aniimo. The Forest of Falling Stars region page lists its roster, and our weather variants guide covers the ones that only appear in rain, snow or storm.
Silver badge: 70% and an Alpha
Silver asks for 70% collection, and in the Forest of Falling Stars it also asks you to defeat Alpha Stellarys. The captions say “Stellaris”; the card says Stellarys, and so does our Stellarys page. In return come three privileges.
- Prefix Title: Hungry. A cosmetic word in front of your name. The Celestis it nods to are food hoarders.
- Eye of Potential: “You are more likely to catch high-potential Aniimo in this area.” The card gives no number, and neither does any text we found. See our Potential guide for what high potential means.
- Ecological Intervention: “Allows for weather changes in this area.”
That last one needs a caveat. The badge is only half the key. The game’s Branch help adds that weather control opens when the area’s Branch reaches Prismana Radiance, and the switch costs Prismana Crystals (“Insufficient Prismana Crystals. Cannot change the weather.”). Our Prismana Flow guide walks through the Branch side. The Silver Badge also pays one Irisalis Petal per area, fourteen in all, which the petal sources guide counts toward the Legendary Aniipod.
Other areas follow the same pattern with their own Alpha where they have one. The game’s text holds seven such lines: Alpha Bouldus, Grizbo, Irisal, Magmarex, Rookey, Stellarys and Tubster. Which card each one sits on is not shown in the video, so check the silver card in your own game before you plan a route.
Gold badge: 100% and Lumin Amber
Gold needs 100% collection, which includes the area’s Prismana, plus 5 Lumin Amber picked up in that area. The privilege is Prismatic Resonance: “Increases Prismatic Energy buildup speed in this area.”
AniimoSync finds the timing unfortunate, and it is a fair point: Prismatic Energy is what draws Prismana out, and you only get the faster build-up after catching the area’s Prismana. It still pays, for one reason. The next tier wants a Sparkling version of that same Prismana, so the gold perk speeds up exactly the hunt you are about to start. That is our reading of the two cards together, not something the game states.
The game’s text has the “Obtain 5 Lumin Amber” line for thirteen areas; for Driftwise Meadow the only count we found is 3, so check that card in game. Amber positions are on the interactive map, and our Lumin Amber guide explains the types that run away or need escorting.
The Prismana badge: Meteor Catcher
The fourth tier renames the line and asks for four things: the gold (Legendary) badge, one Sparkling Prismana of the area’s species, and Prismatic research tier on two local Aniimo. For the Forest of Falling Stars it is Meteor Catcher, and AniimoSync has not unlocked it yet.
The four lines, word for word: Unlock the Legendary Stargazer badge, Own 1 Sparkling Prismana Stellarys, Reach Prismatic tier for your Celestis research level and Reach Prismatic tier for your Eko research level. The captions turn Eko into “Echo”. The rewards are Suffix Title: Foodie and Heart Bond: “Celestis and Eko in this area will be friendly to you.”
The Sparkling Prismana is the expensive line. If you have not got one, our Sparkling variants guide covers the odds, and the Prismana Stellarys page has its spawn.
How to reach Prismatic research tier in the Aniilog
Open the Aniilog, find the species, and work its Topics until the crown on its card turns Prismatic and the entry reads Full Research. AniimoSync’s Celestis still wears a silver crown with a gauge around it, while the Stellarys already has the Prismatic one.
Click the card, then the second icon down the left, Topics. Celestis has five: Defeat this Aniimo at 26/40, Complete the evolution of this Aniimo at 0/1, Defeat this Aniimo using a Light Skill at 10/10, Catch this Aniimo at 1000/1000 and Catch this Aniimo from behind at 10/10. Each topic pays research points, +10 or +20 in the Milestone column.
The counters climb in stages. After one evolution the evolution line moves from 0/1 to 1/2, with more bars to fill behind it, so you evolve several Celestis, not one. Our tables show the same ladder of 1, 2, 4 and 8 evolutions and 5, 10, 20 and 40 defeats, all on the Celestis Aniidex page.
The video’s most useful finding comes at 4:00: Full Research does not need every topic finished. AniimoSync’s Stellarys shows Full Research and a Prismatic crown, yet its own Topics list still has lines open. There is slack in the points, so spend them on whatever topic is cheapest for that species.
AniimoSync’s tip for the catch line: the weekend Mass Outbreak in the Prismana rotation, where catching 1,000 of one species knocks out that topic, and in AniimoSync’s words pays one Sparkling Sigil as well. The rotation and its dates are in our Vein Abundance guide.
What does Heart Bond do?
Heart Bond makes the badge’s two Aniimo friendly in that area: they gather round you instead of fleeing, follow you, and show x2 Affinity when you aim an Aniipod. AniimoSync demonstrates it in Driftwise Meadow, where they hold the Prismana badge.
The 91% on screen is that one throw, with that Aniipod and those bonuses, not a fixed figure. What Heart Bond adds is the Affinity multiplier and an Aniimo that stands still. AniimoSync also likes it for photos, and the photo mode guide is where that pays off.
A few seconds earlier the contrast is plain: a Lv.54 Nimbi throws up a red “!!” and runs. That is odd, because the game’s text pairs Fentuft with Nimbi for Heart Bond, and Fentuft lives only in Driftwise Meadow. The likeliest reading is that the bond covers one form and this Nimbi is another, but the footage does not settle it.
Every region’s badge line in Breezy Plains
All fourteen areas run the same four tiers with the same thresholds; only the names, the Alpha, the Sparkling Prismana and the bonded pair change. AniimoSync says as much at 5:05. The table below fills in what the video does not show.
| Area | Badge line (gold, then Prismana) | Sparkling Prismana needed | Research and Heart Bond pair |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nimbus Fields | Skypasture, Cloudherder | Turbo | Nimbi and Skippy |
| Sea of Flowers | Flower Dance, Fragrant Dancer | Thornblade | Dewy and Iris |
| Forest of Falling Stars | Stargazer, Meteor Catcher (on screen) | Stellarys | Celestis and Eko |
| The Argent Strait | Where Gulls Sing, Seabreeze Concerto | Cornet | Chirpi and Budclaw |
| Beast Fang Ridge | Primal Breath, Call of the Pack | Scorchhowl | Emberpup and Bonesky |
| Mistwoods | Seeker in the Mist, Ghostfog Wayfinder | Hexxin | Hummin and Sparki |
| Echoback Landing | Azure Echoes, Deepsea Singer | Panpanta | Susuta and Shelly |
| Blitzwood | Thunderchaser, Voltstrider | Blazen | Bolty and Flutternym |
| Berylline Vale | Stoneway Shadows, Rocksteady Heart | Ignitis | Baleetle and Wisptis |
| Rosetower Woods | Flower Guardian, Thorns and Roses | Grizbo | Cubbo and Budsquire |
| Russet Highlands | Path of the Brave, Heroes and Dragons | Pawney | Helmut and Jawling |
| Zephyrus Landbridge | Through the Hills and Vales, To the Ends of Sea and Sky | Magmarex | Cozite and Pebbling |
| Driftwise Meadow | Meadow of Clouded Dreams, Wings of the Snowfields | Glacy | Fentuft and Nimbi (on screen) |
| Tideblossom Coast | Tides Rise, Flowers Fall, Friend of the Waves | Luminelle | Fahloo and Bulbly |
How sure each column is, plainly: the thresholds (40%, 70%, 100%), the Lumin Amber counts, the fourteen “Own 1 Sparkling Prismana” lines and the fifteen Heart Bond pairs are text from the game. Pairing a species or a pair with an area is our match, using each Prismana form’s single home region and the one area both Aniimo of a pair share; Celestis and Eko and Fentuft and Nimbi are confirmed on screen. Badge names are matched from each badge’s flavour text (sheep and clouds for Nimbus Fields); Stargazer is confirmed here and Through the Hills and Vales for Zephyrus Landbridge in menaceFT’s footage. Open the card in game before you commit to a long hunt.
A fifteenth pair is already in the client: Bubbeep and Popapus, with a “Crescent Glow” badge and collection lines for Crescent Bay, which points to Whisperwake Isles, due on 29 October 2026. Our Whisperwake Isles article has that roster.
How do you get the Windchaser badge in Aniimo?
Catch every Basic Form Aniimo species in Breezy Plains. The game’s help text reads: “Catch every basic form Aniimo species in the Breezy Plains to earn the Windchaser Badge. Earning this badge unlocks the Gale-Chasing title, increasing the spawn rate of Sparkling Aniimo and Umbral Aniimo.” Windchaser is the large medal in the middle of the Path of Twining board, and its second tier is Windspeaker of the Plains.
Two things the video does not settle. The text gives no number for the spawn boost; a separate line in the game reads “Sparkling and Umbral Aniimo appear 50% more often in Breezy Plains”, but nothing on screen ties that line to this badge, so treat 50% as unconfirmed. And the requirement for Windspeaker of the Plains is not shown. Regional forms, Prismana and weather forms are not Basic Forms, so you can finish Windchaser well before any gold badge. The Aniidex lists every Basic Form if you want a checklist. For the Umbral side, see our Umbral guide.
Path of Victory badges
Path of Victory badges are earned in fights, and most of them pay a title rather than a perk. AniimoSync opens three of the Combat Challenge cards.
Wind Champion needs you to defeat all 108 Pathfinders in Breezy Plains for the suffix title Wind Champion. Pathfinders in Breezy Plains also drop Besauce shards, 40 per Besauce, so the grind pays twice. Emblem of Allied Triumph asks for 60 stars in one Holo-Battle Interlink run and gives the suffix title Ally; AniimoSync has tried once and reached 39.
Eggfield Dominator, the third tier of the Egg Heist line after Egg Heist Newcomer and Egg Raider, needs the Egg Emperor rank in Operation: Egg Heist and gives the suffix title Egg Emperor. Our Egg Heist rank calculator article shows how far that is.
The other tab of the path, Elite Pathfinder Challenge, holds seven badges, one per instructor duel. The last is the Glory Badge for beating Lita in Challenge Mode, which opens the quest for Prismana Sherro; our Lita guide covers the fight. Keepsakes, the fifth tab, is where Season 1’s Wind Through the Green Fields and Windtrail Adventure live; the season events guide explains how they are earned.
What to chase first
Bronze in every area you farm, then silver where you want Nurture odds and weather, and leave the Prismana badges for last. Bronze is cheap (40% falls out of normal play) and pays the only perks that touch every catch and every Nurture in that area. Silver adds an Irisalis Petal each and the high-potential odds. Gold and Prismana are long grinds for titles, a faster Prismatic build-up and two friendly species, which is why AniimoSync calls the people holding all of them “crazy”.
The cheapest gold in practice is wherever your collection already sits above 90%: the interactive map shows the gaps, and the region pages list what is missing. Track the tiers on the achievement tracker as you go.
