How to Get Prismana Gachapus in Aniimo: the Crescent Bay Nurture Route, Badge by Badge, With Lex
Prismana Gachapus is the Dark and Water form of the gacha octopus, and the only wild one appears when Crescent Bay’s Prismatic Energy reaches Full. Lex filmed the whole route on 29 October 2026, from the Lv.55 gate to the Sparkling Cube throw. We read every screen, checked it against the 1.1 Part 2 files and the update notice, and added the egg route and the Glameep week he does not mention.

The route, the advice and every game screenshot on this page come from Lex’s video of 29 October 2026
Prismana Gachapus appears in Aniimo only when a Prismana Flow hits Crescent Bay, on the Whisperwake Isles: earn the Bronze Crescent Glow badge at 40% collection, Nurture at the Crescent Bay Bloom until its Prismatic Energy reads Full, and the Flow is guaranteed. A Prismana Orb used on an ordinary Gachapus does nothing until you already own the form.
The route is Lex’s, filmed on the live 1.1 Part 2 client and published on 29 October 2026, the day Whisperwake Isles opened. He went from his first Nurture to a Perfect copy in 15 to 20 Nurtures and a couple of Lucky Strikes. Every label and number below was read off his screen. Figures from the game’s own data files are from build 1.1.3846247, read on 30 October 2026, and where his commentary and the screen differ we follow the screen and say so.
How do you get Prismana Gachapus in Aniimo?
By filling Crescent Bay’s Prismatic Energy until a Prismana Flow spawns it. Crescent Bay is the Lv.59~60 lagoon zone on the main Whisperwake island on Lex’s map, and the wheel on its Branch prints the prize in so many words: A chance to attract a Prismana Form Gachapus. The Prismana Gachapus Aniidex entry records Crescent Bay as its only habitat.
Every gate between a new Whisperwake player and that spawn, in the order you meet them:
| Gate | What it asks | Where it is checked |
|---|---|---|
| Enter Whisperwake Isles | Lv.55, the title Trailblazer I, and the story quest “A Tale of Tide and Song” | 27 October update notice; Lex at 1:46 |
| Nurture in Crescent Bay | Bronze Crescent Glow badge: 40% Aniimo Collection Progress in Crescent Bay | The badge card at 2:23 |
| Fill the meter | Nurture at the Crescent Bay Bloom, catch the Wild Surge, release the energy; Lucky Strikes in the zone add to it | 3:08 to 3:46 |
| Skip the meter | A Prismana Crystal through Change Weather: Silver badge plus 50 infusions on the Whisperwake Isles Branch | 2:31 and 2:36 |
| Catch it | Follow the Ultra-Rare Aniimo Spawns marker; a Sparkling Cube shows Guaranteed Success | 4:01 to 4:11 |
Nothing on that list is Gachapus-specific apart from the zone. The meter and the Flow work exactly as in our Prismana Flow guide, and the daily Nurture rules are in our Nurture guide. This page is the Crescent Bay version, with the numbers that only apply there.
Why a Prismana Orb will not turn your Gachapus into a Prismana
The Orb switches a form you have unlocked; it does not unlock one. Lex opens on this because it is the first thing new Whisperwake players try: catch a Popapus, evolve it, use the Orb. The item card settles it.
So the order is fixed. Catch one Prismana Gachapus first, which registers the form; after that an Orb can turn any Gachapus you own into one, keeping its potential and its Sparkling mutation. That is where the Orb earns its price: a well-rolled ordinary Gachapus becomes a Prismana without a second Flow. Evolution does not help either. Popapus, which becomes Gachapus at Lv.57 with a Wave Stone, has no Prismana form of its own in the files, so there is nothing to evolve from.
If you only want the ordinary one, it is our Gachapus location guide; this week it is also the answer to Who’s That Aniimo?.
Reaching Crescent Bay: Lv.55, Trailblazer I and half a story quest
The official gate is Lv.55, the title Trailblazer I and the story quest “A Tale of Tide and Song”. Lex’s shortcut: you do not need to finish that quest. In his words, finish its first part so that Crescent Bay unlocks, then go straight to the Bloom, and you can work on Prismana Gachapus before the main story is done.
One number to keep in proportion. His map reads Lv.59~60 for Crescent Bay, while the zone tables in the game’s files put its wild Aniimo at Lv.54 to 59, and the wild Popapus in his own surge are Lv.52 and 53. Expect the lower band on a fresh account. The title is the real wall: Trailblazer I needs the promotion assessments covered in our level cap guide, and Lex had already reached Trailblazer II by the time he filmed.
The region’s Aniimo, zones and the rest of the 29 October content are in our Whisperwake Isles guide, and the zone itself has its own Crescent Bay page with every species that lives there.
The Crescent Glow badge: what Crescent Bay’s Bronze, Silver and Gold ask for
Crescent Glow is Crescent Bay’s regional badge, and its Bronze tier, at 40% Aniimo Collection Progress in Crescent Bay, is what lets you Nurture there. Lex calls it the Bronze badge; the card calls the privilege simply Nurture: Allows you to perform Nurture in this area.
Only catches made inside Crescent Bay count towards the percentage. The quickest 40% comes from registering species, not from catching many of one, so sweep the Crescent Bay roster on its zone page rather than farming Popapus. The higher tiers matter later:
| Tier | Requirement | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 40% collection in Crescent Bay | Nurture; catch chance +10% in the area |
| Silver | 70% collection and Defeat the Alpha Glameep | Ecological Intervention (weather changes), Eye of Potential, the prefix title Romantic |
| Gold | 100% collection and 5 Lumin Amber in Crescent Bay | Prismatic Resonance, faster Prismatic Energy buildup |
| Dreamfoam Ode | Gold Crescent Glow, own 1 Sparkling Prismana Gachapus, Prismatic research tier for Bubbeep and Popapus | The zone’s top badge |
The last row is the one to note before you throw anything at a Prismana Gachapus: the region’s top badge asks for a Sparkling one. Gold also matters for Lucky Strikes since the 29 October notice, which extends Prismatic Resonance to energy from Lucky and Super Lucky catches. How badges work across every region is in our badge guide, and the full list on the achievements page.
Nurturing the Crescent Bay Bloom until the Flow
Whisperwake Isles has its own Branch, separate from the one on the mainland, and Crescent Bay is the first zone on its Nurture wheel. The free charge rules are the usual ones: one a day, banking to three, with Vein Essence paying for the rest.
The Bloom is not in the lagoon. On Lex’s map it sits on the high ground south-east of it, and clicking it gives a free Teleport that commits nothing.
- Open the Branch, choose Crescent Bay on the Nurture wheel and read the line under the state: it should say Prismana Form Gachapus. The section on 23 November explains why that line may change.
- Press Nurture. It teleports you to the Bloom and spends a charge or one Vein Essence.
- Click the flower to start the Wild Surge and catch inside the ring. Lex’s horde is Popapus, Lv.52 and 53.
- When the surge ends, go back to the Bloom and release the Prismatic Energy. The state updates on screen, and each rise has a 3% chance of an immediate Flow.
- Repeat until the state reads Full. At Full the Flow is guaranteed.
Before you press Nurture, the wheel prints the state and the prize: Crescent Bay at Very High on Lex’s screen at 3:08, with A chance to attract a Prismana Form Gachapus under it and Daily Nurture Chances 15/25 in the corner. The offering slot under the flower steers which element the surge leans to; it does not change the Prismana the zone draws. Lex fills the surge with Popapus, which suits the badge too, since Popapus research is one of the Dreamfoam Ode requirements.
How many runs it takes is luck within limits. Lex needed 15 to 20 Nurtures and a couple of Lucky Strikes, and says you may need fewer than ten. The arithmetic he does not do: at 3% per rise, the chance of an early Flow somewhere in 15 Nurtures is 1 minus 0.97 to the fifteenth, 36.7%, and 45.6% over 20. Full is the backstop, not the usual ending, and at one free charge a day a free-only player should plan on weeks, not days. With Vein Essence it is an afternoon.
Lucky and Super Lucky: why Lex says save them for Crescent Bay
A Lucky or Super Lucky catch raises the Prismatic Energy of the zone you are standing in, so the week’s best odds should be spent in Crescent Bay. Lex’s confession is the lesson: he landed a Super Lucky at the very start of the week in just a random area and calls it wasted.
The reason it hurts is the weekly curve. The official odds, set out in our Lucky Strike guide, are 1% per catch for the week’s first 10 Lucky Strikes, then 0.5%, and Super Lucky falls from 0.2% to 0.05% from the third. Every count resets on Monday at 04:00 server time: UTC on Aniimo-Europe, UTC-4 on Aniimo-Americas and UTC+8 on Aniimo-Apac, as his description gives it. Each Lucky Strike also rolls its own 0.6% chance of a Flow. So catch for the badge on Monday and Tuesday inside Crescent Bay, not elsewhere.
The 29 October notice adds a co-op detail Lex does not cover. A Lucky or Super Lucky you trigger in another player’s world now raises the Prismatic Energy in your own world, with a chance of spawning the Prismana directly, and a Flow you trigger there leaves the Prismana on your map when you return home. A friend’s Crescent Bay surge now pays you too.
Is a Prismana Crystal worth it in Crescent Bay?
Not yet, for most players, and Lex does not recommend it. A crystal fed to the Branch through Change Weather triggers a Flow at once, but on the Whisperwake Isles Branch that button stays grey until the Branch reaches its 50-infusion milestone: Lex’s sat at 30/50, and he says you need 50 Lumin Amber in the isles. The weather change itself is the Silver badge’s Ecological Intervention, so the zone also needs 70% collection and the Alpha Glameep.
Full took him 15 to 20 Nurtures, and he holds one crystal, the 1 beside 133 Vein Essence on his Nurture screen. A crystal is worth more in a zone sitting at Empty than in one a few Nurtures from Full. How crystals work on the mainland Branch is in the Prismana Flow guide, and where Lumin Amber comes from is in our Lumin Amber guide.
When the Flow lands: the marker, the pillar and the Sparkling Cube
The game announces it, raises a pillar of light, and drops a tracked marker on the map; Lex says to follow the marker. His Flow came off the last release.
That spot is where his spawned, not a fixed pin: the files give the other three Whisperwake Prismana a single spawn point each and record none for Gachapus, and the map card says only that energy has gathered here. Use the tracked marker rather than a remembered position. Lex’s copy stood at Lv.59 among pink flowers under a tree.
His device choice is the right one for this Aniimo in particular. A Sparkling Cube guarantees the catch, a Perfect roll and the Sparkling mutation, and the Sparkling copy is what the Dreamfoam Ode badge asks for. If you have no Cube, an Aniipod Ultra guarantees the catch at Elite or better; the throws are compared in the Aniipod database and the colours in our Sparkling variants guide.
What Prismana Gachapus changes: Dark and Water, the same Gachapon
Prismana Gachapus is a Dark and Water DPS at the Nova stage with the same stats and the same Bubble Gachapon trait as the basic form; the element is the change. Lex says the same: the dark element alongside water, with the same bubble-based gameplay.
| Gachapus | Prismana Gachapus | |
|---|---|---|
| Elements | Water | Dark · Water |
| Role, stage | DPS, Nova | DPS, Nova |
| Base stats | HP 96 · ATK 124 · BREAK 51 · P.DEF 68 · M.DEF 72 · REGEN 95, total 506 | The same |
| Trait | Bubble Gachapon: Jackpot, basic attack damage +80% for 10s | The same |
| Ultimate | Super Jackpot, Might 165: area damage, basic attack damage +30% for 15s | The same |
| Where from | Wild in Crescent Bay, or evolve Popapus at Lv.57 with a Wave Stone | A Crescent Bay Prismana Flow, or a Prismana Gachapus Egg |
Two of those numbers changed with the update, and older pages on this site quote the launch build. The Jackpot bonus was 60% at launch and is 80% now, on screen and in the 1.1 Part 2 files. Super Jackpot used to drop you straight into [Jackpot]; the current files make it a flat 30% basic attack buff for 15 seconds. Rigged Draw, 5 EP, eats the least common colour and guarantees the most common one on the next basic attack, with 1.5x the area and 200% additional damage, which is how you steer towards five of a colour.
The Dark half is what you are paying for. It lets the same kit cover Dark squads and gives Shadow Bubble, a Dark Element bubble that silences for 8 seconds, a body that matches its element. Whether that makes it a better DPS than the basic form is for the tier list once players have tested it; on stats alone, the two are identical.
The route the video leaves out: the Prismana Gachapus Egg
Lex’s description says Prismana Gachapus “only shows up one way”. In the wild that is true; in the files there is a second way, an egg. The 1.1 Part 2 build adds a Prismana Gachapus Egg, Prismatic rarity, whose source line reads Dig up egg nests in Operation: Egg Heist for a chance to obtain.
- Its card says it is guaranteed to hatch into a Prismana Form Aniimo, and that a Sparkling Cube used on it may grant the Shadow Sparkling mutation.
- It takes 600 minutes, ten hours, to hatch.
- No drop rate is published, and nobody has filmed one dropping yet.
It is a long shot, but it is the only route that does not run through Crescent Bay’s meter, and a Prismana Orb then works on any Gachapus you own once the egg has hatched. How Prismana eggs come out of Egg Heist is in our Prismana and Egg Heist guide, and every egg the game has is listed on the eggs page.
Before 23 November: the Prismana Glameep week in Crescent Bay
Vein Abundance puts Prismana Glameep in Crescent Bay from 23 to 30 November 2026, and on the mainland that kind of week swapped the zone’s usual Prismana out. This part is our inference, not Lex’s, and not yet filmed.
The 27 October notice lists the Part 2 rotation: Pouchwisp from 2 November, Royalby from 9, Jeburst from 16, then Prismana Form Glameep appears in Crescent Bay / Echoback Landing from 23 November 04:00 to 30 November 03:59 (UTC+0 on Aniimo-Europe), and all four at once until 7 December. When Beast Fang Ridge hosted Glynsera in September, its Nurture wheel printed Glynsera instead of Scorchhowl, as our Vein Abundance guide shows. If Crescent Bay behaves the same way, a Flow there between 23 November and 7 December may give you Glameep, not Gachapus.
Two practical rules follow. Aim to have your Prismana Gachapus before 23 November. And before every Nurture, read the line under the state on the wheel: if it no longer says Prismana Form Gachapus, the energy you are about to add is for something else. The weekly dates are also on the Vein Abundance event page.
What is confirmed, and what is inference
Confirmed on Lex’s screen, in the 27 October notice or in the 1.1 Part 2 files: Crescent Bay as the zone; the Nurture wheel line naming Prismana Form Gachapus; Crescent Glow’s tiers and requirements; the Prismana Orb card; the Whisperwake Isles Branch at 30/50 with Change Weather locked; Full guaranteeing the Flow; the Ultra-Rare Aniimo Spawns marker; Dark and Water typing, identical stats and the +80% Jackpot; the Prismana Gachapus Egg and its Egg Heist source; the Glameep week dates; the co-op Lucky Strike change.
Lex’s experience or advice, not a rule: 15 to 20 Nurtures to Full; a Flow from about three Lucky catches with no Nurture at all, on a lucky day; finishing only the first part of “A Tale of Tide and Song”; 50 Lumin Amber for the crystal; skipping the crystal.
Our inference: that the Glameep week replaces Gachapus in Crescent Bay Flows; that the spawn spot moves between Flows; that a fresh account sees the lower level band.
