Interactive Map of Idyll

3958 markers across 56 layers: chests, Aniipods, eggs, Lumin Amber, puzzles, landmarks and challenges. The rail has two tabs. Markers turns the layers on and off, searches them by name and tracks what you have already collected, in your browser alone. Aniimo lists the 160 creatures placed on Idyll: pick one and the map draws its spawn zones, from 6,411 coordinates in the game's own data files, outlines the regions it is listed in and names each one with its level band, Lv. 5 to Lv. 60 across the 14 regions.

Region names match the habitat field on every Aniidex entry, so a creature page tells you where to look and this page tells you what lives there. Region is only one of three spawn conditions: weather and time of day also decide what appears.

Every one of the 3958 markers on the Aniimo map of Idyll stands inside one of the 14 regions, so a region can be read as a route before you ride out to it: what is pinned there in total, how many chests and Aniipods, how many Alpha Aniimo, and how many Aniimo the official map lists. Beast Fang Ridge is the busiest region at 452 markers, Rosetower Woods holds the most chests at 107, and each region is played at its own band, from Lv. 5 to Lv. 60.

One row per region, in level order: the region name opens the map on it.

The last column counts the Aniimo the official map lists in that region, and one creature is listed in several, so the rows add up to more listings than the 160 Aniimo placed on Idyll. Chests, Aniipods and Alphas are three of the 56 layers in the rail: the rest, Lumin Amber, eggs, digging spots, the 20 gathering herbs and ores, are counted there and filtered the same way. An Aniipod marker is a free capture device lying in the world, and every one in the game is listed in the Aniipod database; the eggs you pick up are in the egg list.

How many markers are on the Aniimo map?

3958 markers across 56 layers, covering chests, Aniipods, eggs, Lumin Amber, puzzles, landmarks, transporters, challenges and collectibles on the continent of Idyll.

How do I track what I have already found?

Click any marker and choose "Mark as found". Progress is stored in your own browser, so nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Tick "Hide found" on the Markers tab of the rail to clear collected markers off the map.

Where do the map locations come from?

Two layers, two sources. The marker positions, chests, Aniipods, puzzles and the rest, were surveyed on aniidex.com during the Global Closed Beta and are reused here with the written permission of its owner, so they still reflect that survey and a pin can sit where the launch build no longer puts it. The Aniimo spawn zones are separate: they are read from the game's own data files at launch build 1.0.0.7.

Where do Aniimo spawn on the map?

Open the Aniimo tab in the rail and pick a creature: the map draws the zones it is recorded in, from 6,411 spawn coordinates in the game's own data files, and the Locations panel lists every region it is found in with that region's level band. 160 Aniimo are placed on Idyll in all, 159 of them by the spawn tables. Spawns still depend on three independent conditions: region, weather and time of day. Several Dark-element Aniimo are nocturnal, and Prismana variants only appear during a rainbow weather state.

What level are the Aniimo in each region?

Each of the 14 regions of Idyll is played at its own band, from Lv. 5 in the starting regions to Lv. 60 at the far end of the continent. The spawn tables carry coordinates but no levels, so a zone is read at the band of the region it sits in: pick an Aniimo in the Aniimo tab and every region it appears in is listed with its band, or click a region to see everything the official map lists there.

Are the spawn zones exact spots?

No. Each blob is an area the game files record spawns inside, not a pixel a creature stands on. The coordinates are placed on this map by a fitted transform, so read a zone as "somewhere in here", pair it with the right weather and time of day, and expect to sweep the area rather than walk to a point.

Marker positions, layer taxonomy and region outlines surveyed by aniidex.com during the Global Closed Beta, reused here with the written permission of its owner, so those positions still reflect that survey and some may differ from the launch build. The Aniimo spawn zones are a separate layer, read from the game’s own data files at launch build 1.0.0.7. Base map and marker icons © Pawprint Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd.
