Aniimo Element Chart

Nine elements, three damage bands. A favourable matchup deals 1.6×, an unfavourable one 0.625×, everything else is 1×, so the right element is worth about two and a half times the wrong one. Pick an element below to see what it beats and what beats it.

It reads one way

The Aniimo element chart is directional: the row is the attacking element, the column the defending one, and the cell is 1.6×, 1× or 0.625×. Most matchups are one-sided: Lightning deals 1.6× to Water while Water deals 1× back, and Dark and Light are the only pair that hit each other for 1.6×.

Two elements, two rolls1.6 × 1.6 = 2.56×

A two-element Aniimo is read against both of its elements at once. 13 of the 95 numbered Aniimo carry two, and this site multiplies the two matchups: Wind meets Hexxin’s Dark and Grass sides at once, 1.6 × 1.6 = 2.56×, while Fire into Glacy’s Water and Ice sides comes out at 0.625 × 1.6 = 1×. The game publishes no rule for two elements, so this combined figure is our reading.

All 2 Light Aniimo and their counters
  1. What are the nine Aniimo elements?

Fire, Water, Grass, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Dark, Ice and Light. Every Aniimo carries at least one; a small number carry two, which gives them coverage single-element units do not have.

  2. How much damage does an element advantage give in Aniimo?

A favourable matchup deals 1.6× damage and an unfavourable one 0.625×. There is no middle band: every pairing is 1.6×, 1× or 0.625×, so bringing the right element is worth roughly two and a half times bringing the wrong one.

  3. Which element is strongest in Aniimo?

On raw coverage, Dark hits 3 elements for 1.6× while only 2 resist it. That is offence only: how many Aniimo of that element you actually have, and their combat role, matters more in practice.

  4. Does the element chart work both ways?

Not always. The chart is directional: read it attacker → defender. Dark and Light are the only pair that hit each other for 1.6×, but most pairings are one-sided: Lightning deals 1.6× to Water while Water deals 1× back.
