How to use the Lightning Needle
The Core effect is a constant aura: Lightning damage worth 2% of max HP, ticking on everything within three metres. It reads the HP pool as a damage stat, so the HP Base effect feeds the Core effect, and it suits an Aniimo that fights in the middle of a group rather than at range.
6 other carried items share the HP Base effect: Giant Tortoise Shell, Heritage Amulet, Marching Flask, Nature's Breath, Rekindling Feather, Seeds of Spring. The Core effect is what separates them.
Which Aniimo carries the Lightning Needle
Aniidex →None of the 88 in-game recommended builds on this site lists the Lightning Needle yet, so there is no Aniimo to name here: its HP +10% Base effect points it at Aniimo built to stay standing, and this section fills itself in the moment a build panel picks it up.
