The Core effect is the same at all 3 rarities: Increases final damage by 50%, but reduces max HP to 1. (Does not apply to Support Aniimo.) What changes with the rarity is the combat power, the size of the Base effect and how many energy effects are unlocked.

The game lists 2 sources for the Legendary Supreme Elixir: the Holo-Battle Sim and the Pawprint Shop.

No Alpha Aniimo drops the Supreme Elixir, so there is no spawn to mark on the map of Idyll.

Base effect

Damage Amp +10%

The flat stat the item grants on its own, applied the moment it is equipped. It is +3% at Rare, +5% at Epic, +10% at Legendary.

Core effect

Increases final damage by 50%, but reduces max HP to 1. (Does not apply to Support Aniimo.)

The item’s signature line, and the half that decides which Aniimo wants it. It does not change with the rarity.

The Core effect is the one real trade in the list: 50% more final damage, and max HP cut to 1. Any hit that lands ends the Aniimo, so it belongs on a build that never gets hit, and the game states it does not apply to Support Aniimo at all.

10 other carried items share the Damage Amp Base effect: Ferocious Fang, Explosive Gloves, Fission Needles, Ambusher's Cloak, Capacitous Battery, Destiny's Dice, Echoing Grimoire, Finisher Bell, Heartseeker Pendant, Vanguard's Whistle. The Core effect is what separates them.

Aniidex

None of the 88 in-game recommended builds on this site lists the Supreme Elixir yet, so there is no Aniimo to name here: its Damage Amp +10% Base effect points it at DPS Aniimo, and this section fills itself in the moment a build panel picks it up.

The per-rarity CP, Base values, energy effects and obtain sources on this page are checked against the official item table via Aniidex, and Alpha spawns against our own map of Idyll, re-checked on 10 September 2026. The build count is derived from the 88 recommended builds published on this site. Compiled by Lorenzo Bruno (Yieng), about this site. Game assets © Pawprint Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd.
