Base effect

REGEN +10%

The flat stat the item grants on its own, applied the moment it is equipped. It is +3% at Rare, +5% at Epic, +10% at Legendary.

Core effect

Increases Movement Speed by 25% and REGEN by 15% while in water terrain. Lasts 2s after leaving.

The item’s signature line, and the half that decides which Aniimo wants it. It does not change with the rarity.

The Core effect is terrain-gated: 25% more movement speed and 15% more REGEN while in water, holding for two seconds after leaving it. On dry land only the REGEN Base effect applies, so the Pearl is worth carrying for water content and little else.

2 other carried items share the REGEN Base effect: Spirited Feather, Auspicious Bell. The Core effect is what separates them.

Aniidex

None of the 88 in-game recommended builds on this site lists the Pearl of the Sea yet, so there is no Aniimo to name here: its REGEN +10% Base effect points it at regen and support Aniimo, and this section fills itself in the moment a build panel picks it up.
